Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of the DISTRICT Barber Shop website, online booking, and services. By booking or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Booking

  • Bookings are first come, first served and confirmed when you get a confirmation screen or message.
  • Give us accurate contact info so we can reach you about your appointment.
  • Prices and times shown are estimates. Final price depends on the service you actually get.
  • We can refuse or cancel a booking for any lawful reason, like repeated no-shows or bad behavior.

2. Cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead using your manage link. Inside 24 hours, call the shop.
  • 10+ minutes late and we may shorten your service or move you.
  • Repeated no-shows may need a deposit to book, or may lose online booking.

3. Payment and tips

Payment is due when your service is done. Tips go to your barber. If we collect deposits online, they're applied to your service.

4. Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome when a chair's open. Booked clients go first.

5. Shop conduct

Respect the shop, the barbers, and everyone in it. We may ask anyone to leave for unsafe, rude, or illegal behavior. Kids under 12 should come with an adult.

6. Accounts

Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account anytime from My Visits.

7. Reviews and content

When you post a review or photos, you confirm it's honest and yours to share, and you let us show it on our site and social pages. We may hide reviews that are fake, abusive, or off-topic. We may repost public reviews you left on Google or other sites, with credit to you.

8. Our content

The DISTRICT name, logo, photos, and site content belong to us. Don't copy them without permission.

9. No guarantees

We do our best on every cut, but results can vary with hair type and condition. Not happy? Tell us before you leave and we'll make it right. The site is provided "as is" and may sometimes be down.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, DISTRICT isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service involved.

11. Governing law

These terms follow New York State law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Erie County, NY.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Keep using the site and you accept the update.
